Does Sugar Cause Acne?

There are many different myths regarding acne and what causes it. These oils are primarily what is responsible for causing acne because of how they clog the pores in the skin and build up over time. When these pores become full of what is called “sebum”, they tend to get irritated by infections that occur after bacteria accumulate.
